How to track my order ?


To check the progress of your order, please check your email 48-72 hours after placing your order. An email from the chosen carrier (Colissimo or DPD) will be sent to the email address you used to place your order. If this is not the case, please check your SPAM.

Otherwise, to know the progress of your order:

1 - Log in to your customer account.

2 - Go to the "MY ACCOUNT" section then "ORDER HISTORY"

3 - The status of your order is updated regularly.
